The remaining portion is an entirely new structure of which Waikato is also providing the purlins and faced insulation. Many translucent panels are used to create natural light for the space below. The guttering at each low eave had to be specially fabricated to create a slope towards the nearest downspout.

Two mini storage buildings totaling approximately 7,500 in Tampa Florida. These structures were your typical exterior unit buildings with a standing seam roof overtop of a foil vapor barrier. One distinct difference however was the installation of flood vents, located at the exterior wall for every unit. These vents open up if the property gets flooded and allows water to flow throughout the building reducing the possibility of the structure collapsing.

This job included a new 9,000 Sqft storage building that was partially climate controlled. It had many challenges including 10" of insulation under the roof - this consisted of 4" of faced insulation laying between purlins supported by strapping beneath with another 6" blanket above. However - the most challenging aspect was the 12" gradual elevation change in the concrete slab over 105'. The only way to make this building look good and operate right was to keep the roof line straight which resulted in the east end being 12" taller than the west. All posts, siding panels, columns, door guides, roll up frames, and interior corridor panel had to be cut to size in the field. Another portion of the job was to line an existing building with new siding trim and the odd new insulated door.
